First mortgage: Property owners may obtain a secured facility of the first mortgage through a property on which the mortgage has been fully repaid; or the application of the same can be made for obtaining the fund for completing a deal when a new property is required to be bought. The maximum loan amount can reach 85% of the valuation of the property so that the owner can be provided with sufficient fund for use.
Second mortgage: In the event that a mortgage set on the property is made with other bank or financial institution and when the owner of the property is in need of fund, we accept an additional application for the second mortgage of said property on which the mortgage has not yet fully repaid. In such regard, the outstanding balance of the original first mortgage together with the loan amount of the second mortgage may reach 85% of the valuation of the property, as the maximum.
Loan for owners of flats under Home Ownership Scheme or Public Housing: Under normal circumstances, flats under Home Ownership Scheme or Public Housing without paid government premium may not be used as the collaterals for the mortgage loan. In case such owners of flats under Home Ownership Scheme or Public Housing are in need of any fund and loan facility, they can consult us for the personal loan service. In doing so, the owners do not need to pay the government premium but can enjoy the loan in easier manner.
- Mortgage loan amount may reach 85% of the valuation of the property, as the maximum.
- Application can be filed, regardless of the age of the building or the types of the property, for old tenement buildings, village houses, retail shops, offices, commercial/industrial building and parking space, whether they are for self-use or for rental.
- Repayment term can be flexibly arranged and the tenor can be as short as 1 month or over 30 years.
- Owner can choose the repayment method : “Interest only” or the “Fixed Amount repayment”.
- All applications will be handled and processed by professional loan officers. The time required for processing approval and verification can be as fast as 30 minutes and the loan amount can be drawdown as soon as within 24-hours.
